I am posting this on behalf of my unpaid carer she has been caring for me for over three years be up until Friday she also had paid employment at a centre for people with learning difficulties which is a subsidiary of our local County Council. Her paid work knew that she was caring for me and agreed to make adjustments but she was dismiss from this work because she had to much time off taking me to appointments and staying with me when my other personal assistant walked out on me because she did not like doing hospitals and the same County Council took three months to sort out payments so I could get someone else. I think that because of this my unpaid carer has been unfairly dismissed and discriminated against for saving the government money. Unfair or what.
